Adams County Community Loan Fund

CEF and Adams County began our partnership in 2016 to provide loans to small businesses within the county limits of Adams County.

 

Who Can Apply?

  • New or existing business whose primary office is located in Adams County
  • Small businesses not eligible for financing through a traditional bank
  • Generally, businesses with revenues less than $2M/year
  • Generally, small businesses with less than 20 full-time employees

Loan Amount & Terms: 

  • Microloans: Up to $50k (If you need a larger loan amount, CEF has other loan products to supplement this lending source.)
  • Terms vary based on use and amount, but can be up to 60 months
  • Fixed Rate

Loan Uses:

  • Working capital
  • Equipment
  • Inventory
  • Lease payments or commercial loan obligations
  • Refinance or debt consolidation
  • Tenant finish or property improvements
  • Purchase of a business
