Loan Closing Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Loan Closing Manager (LCM) functions as a leader for the pre-underwriting and closing team, including performance management, compliance oversight, and professional training. This person serves as a connection point between the lending and servicing departments, ensuring clear communication between teams and smooth execution of loan closings and process improvements. The LCM also maintains a close working relationship with the organization's legal representation, ensuring all documents protect the interests of the organization and our borrowers.

Impact Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Impact Analyst will utilize quantitative and qualitative data to understand our successes and opportunities for improvement; they will be central in CEF’s commitment to be an industry leader in measuring the impact of our work, and generating information that will be used to continuously improve the delivery of services in underinvested communities. The Impact Analyst will develop and implement strategies and systems to evaluate outputs, outcomes, and impacts related to lending and advisory services, and to ensure that a strong “feedback loop” system is in place. The Impact Analyst will also play a role in business operations through an in-depth understanding of our existing technology platforms and reporting systems as well as ad-hoc project leadership roles (e.g. grant programs or non-traditional lending programs such as PPP).

Special Projects Coordinator

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Special Projects Contractor will support CEF in the implementation and administration of special projects. Special Projects that CEF is routinely involved in include Grant Program Administration and Short-term loan programs. The Contractor will support CEF in reviewing and processing applications for a variety of small business grant and loan programs on an as-needed basis. Most programs operate for short windows of time, usually one to two months, with a variety of programs arising at different times throughout the year. We are seeking candidates who are looking for flexible, part-time work that sometimes requires a high level of engagement and at other times is quiet.
