Q&A with Owner, Kimberly Ponce

Give a high level overview of your business.

Kimberly's Party Rentals/Event Center Lounge has served Northern Colorado since 2010. Our mission is to bring our customer's vision into reality. We have the privilege and honor to be a part of many special events, including many community events, specializing in bounce house inflatables, tables and chairs, event decor, and balloon decor. We offer a social media recording studio where social media influencers can record interviews, vlogs, music, talk shows, and even photo shoots. Additionally, we are now under construction to offer a multipurpose rental space/ lounge (coffee shop) with a recording studio for youtube and a podcast room for rent.

To stay involved and connected to the community, we host many events including, kids' night outs, a 4th of July parade, suicide prevention events, and more. As co-founder of Las C.E.O.S (a non-profit group) for professional Latino women in Northern Colorado, we use our space to plan how to give back such as volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Weld County. We even granted a high school student $1,000 scholarship to continue education.

How did the idea for your business come about?

Being my family's party planner, friends started asking for my services and it just grew from there into a business.

What neighborhood is your business located in and what do you love about that location?

We are located in Downtown Greeley and I absolutely love it. I grew up here in Greeley and love the downtown atmosphere and everything new that is coming in. I feel we fit right in.

How did you find out about CEF?

My banker told me about the program and I followed his recommendation.

What ultimately made you decide to go with CEF as your lender?

CEF treated me very well and assisted me through the whole process.
