Director of Financial Planning and Analysis- Full Time
Position Description:
The role will be a key player within the CEF Finance and Data Strategy (FDS) team, led by the Chief Financial Officer. The FDS team adds value to the mission and organization through data-enriched financial storytelling that informs CEF’s strategy and optimizes its resource decisions. FDS represents CEF in external relationships with funders, auditors, raters, banks, and vendors, and it leverages these partnerships to maximize CEF’s strategic flexibility and net assets. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis leads the organization’s planning and forecasting, grant budgeting, compliance, and external stakeholder reporting activities.

Small Business Loan Workout Officer - Full Time
Position Description:
As a member of the Credit Team, the Small Business Loan Workout Officer will manage and report on a portfolio of distressed small business loans including SBA loans. You will work closely with borrowers to find solutions to difficulties such as restructuring loans, substitute collateral, enhance collateral positions, settle guarantees, preserve collateral, and other workout tasks. This position will also provide technical assistance with loan modification agreements, perform site visits, and perform trouble asset reviews.

Community Loan Officer - Denver Metro - Full Time
Position Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Denver Metro Community Loan Officer (CLO). This is an important role with the ability to make a large impact in the Colorado small business community! We need someone who is passionate about supporting Colorado small businesses and entrepreneurs to gain access to capital and thrive.
The main duties of our CLO at CEF are to connect with referral sources such as banks, SBA offices, SBDCs, and other community organizations in the Denver area to cultivate and manage loan applications to completed funding. Your ability to actively stay visible in the community and build business relationships will be critical to your success.

Financial Analyst - Full Time
Position Description:
The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing periodic financial reporting for external investors and other entities. This position will support the Finance department with annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and variance analysis. This role is also responsible for ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as business needs dictate.
